has completed work on three independent Cosmair facilities and provided reliable,

Everything including options and a certificate of insurance was included in the proposal. As a volunteer condo officer, I handle the affairs of a small condo association with mainly vacation homes in the Cape May area and I have dealt with many professional contractors over the years for major work for siding, roofing etc. None come close to the expert proposal you provided me.
The installation was done on time, all the necessary paperwork was received for the utility rebate and the price of the job was substantially lower than two other quotes for similar equipment from reputable contractors including PSE&G.

RE: Furnace Boards Going Out
My wife and I purchased a huge residential Trane system that was installed on 9/17/07. This installation included two air conditioning units and two furnace units:
Trane/ 2TTX4024A1 XL 14i Trane/ 2TTX4042A1 XL14i
Trane/ TUY100R9V4W Trane/ TUY060R9V3W
We paid just over $17,000 for this system through Carrano Aircontracting, Inc. (PO Box 447 Dayton, NJ 08810 800-696-1971) Through the Home Depot.
A month after installation on 10/5/07 the model TUY100R9V4W6 stopped running. The board was under full warranty and replaced by Carrano. They were shocked that this happened and had no explanation.
Just this month on 12/8/09 the same unit stopped working. Carrano came out to inspect and after a lengthy check-up could only find that the board was again the problem. This time the labor was covered under our extended warranty and the board itself was still under warranty. Again, the two excellent repairmen were even more shocked to have to install a new board when there seems to be no reason for it.
We are greatly concerned that this is going to be an even more recurring problem with my new expensive system. We are thinking: Could there be some underlying problem with the unit that was installed? How often will the board go out? Can we expect to incur a $300 service charge for labor every year or so and then the cost of the board when the warranty runs out?
Today Susan received a phone call from Richie at Carrano who took a great deal of initiative to contact Trane on or behalf about this board issue. After talking with Richie at Carrano we are assured that this updated board will function for years to come. He conveyed that there have been some upgrades to the board that should rectify this mysterious board death. I still would like to go on file though, if there is any further issue with the board, to then request to have someone from Trane com out to evaluate my furnace model TUY100R9V4W6 to see if there is any defect
We researched our decision to purchase from Trane and not Carrier because of the reputation and reliability. We are so happy that Carrano Air was our installer. We highly recommend them too our friends and neighbors for their superior standards and professionalism. Feel free to contact us if you need any further information.
