Carrano's Family Comfort Guarantee
When we install a new heating system in your home, we give you this guarantee. If your furnace is not operational within forty-eight (48) hours after you have contacted our office for service, we will book your family into a local motel at absolutely no charge to you!

Carrano's Technology Agreement
If at any time in the first five (5) years your compressor and/or head exchanger fails, we will give you a new condensing unit or furnace for free. Carrano Aircontracting, Inc. is not responsible for compressor and/or heat exchanger failures due to lightning, fire, flood or acts of God.

Carrano's Ductwork Guarantee
100% Galvanized Rust Resistant Sheet Metal - Crossbroken for Structural Integrity

If at any time in the first five (5) years, your ductwork fails, we will repair or replace your ductwork absolutely free. Carrano Aircontracting, Inc. is not responsible for ductwork failure due to lightning, fire, flood or acts of God. We are also not responsible for ductwork completed by other contractors.
